2. Appointment Booking

Appointments booked through our platform are subject to doctor availability. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments in cases of emergency or force majeure. Please arrive on time; tokens may be forfeited after a reasonable wait period.

3. AI Concierge Disclaimer

The AI Concierge provides general information only and does not constitute medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions. Information provided by the AI may not be 100% accurate or up-to-date.

4. Token & Queue System

Queue tokens are issued on a first-come, first-served or appointment-priority basis. The hospital reserves the right to manage queue order based on medical urgency. Estimated wait times are approximations only.

5. Family Tracking

The family tracking feature requires consent from the patient. By sharing a tracking link, you confirm you have the patient's consent. Tracking data is used solely for the purpose of keeping authorized family members informed.

6. Limitation of Liability

{HOSPITAL_NAME} is not liable for: technical failures in the online booking system; inaccuracies in AI Concierge responses; or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. Our maximum liability is limited to the consultation fee paid.

7. Intellectual Property

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India and the state of Jammu & Kashmir. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts of competent jurisdiction in Srinagar, J&K.
